I’ve should had research her name before ‘purchasing’ a car from her. I knew it was too good to be true. A 2013 Toyota Corrolla S with only 88k miles for $1,200. Plot twist, she told me her daughter was kill while riding her bike and that the car just brought back bad memories. Of course, I felled for it immediately, went out and purchased $1,200 worth of eBay cards and another $1,000 for insurance on the car to have it shipped to my house. Lesson learned. Fact check everything. I’ve contacted [email protected] and from there I was advised that this was a scam. So then, I did some investigation by Googling her name and ended up here!
She posted a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport. She sent my spouse an email about her 26 yo son dying, and the jeep gave her bad/sad memories. Ok. I was suspicious, my spouse persisted. WE got the EBay email, and I just happened to search her name and number, bringing me to this site. I just called my spouse, with the warning from this site. Please DO NOT PURCHASE anything from her, like we almost did.
Thank yall!
We reached out to purchase a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport. She stated, via email, that she was selling the jeep because her 26 yo son died, and it brought up bad memories. Ok. I was suspicious, but my spouse persisted, and we received the EBAY email as well. We clicked on the blue links, but they were all dead links. I just googled her name and location, and found this site. Please don’t make the mistake we almost made.

I saw the ad on Craigslist and messaged them about the vehicle for sale. She said that she wished to go through eBay for the purchase and to give my email for eBay. Next I started receiving legitimate looking emails telling me to purchase eBay cards for the payment and to call their customer service number to pay for the vehicle. So I did according to the instructions in the email. They even gave me a confirmation email of when the vehicle was to be delivered but it was not. I then tried to call and email the number in the email and the seller but I could not get through to them.
They sent me an husband the same email on Craigslist thank y’all so much

Looking for used 5×8 enclosed trailer. Found the one listed above for $700.00 and made contact. Was advised by text that trailer was available, but was being handled thru eBay Motors since her husband had died and she had moved back to Billings, Montana. She texted asking for my name, address, and phone number, stating that eBay would contact me. I later received eBay Buyer Protection Invoice Order ID 236485420 showing picture of trailer and advising means of payment. I was to purchase 3 $200.00 eBay gift cards and 1 $100.00 gift card. After purchase of these cards, I was to contact eBay Motors Customer Support: [email protected] and would be given further instructions. I became suspicious and contacted eBay. They advised that this was a scam! I reported it to "[email protected]" and I am now reporting it to you.
Just had Maria Gallardo try to sell me a 2008 Honda CR-V EXL with only 103,711 miles for 1,200. Too good to be true, gave me the same run around email
