Saw facebook ad, selling swingsets, ordered one just over a month ago. I got an email confirming the order, order number etc. then nothing. The email had a different site to check on the order status, which it shows an order but nothing ever proceeded from there, no shipping information, place to ask questions which I did, no response in over 2 weeks. I replied to the email that sent me the confirmation asking for an update,

first response: "Dear Thank you for your letter .. It’s my pleasure to contact with you. We are supplier of the products so we have huge discount for you. Any other question please visit our FAQ page. Much more appreciation for your understanding . God bless you.."

second response: "Dear,Thanks for your letter . You can visit "Your order" to check the details of your order status Any other question please visit our FAQ page. Have a nice day."

third response: "Dear Thank you for your letter .. It’s my pleasure to contact with you. We are supplier of the products so we have huge discount for you. Any other question please visit our FAQ page. Much more appreciation for your understanding . God bless you.." (identical to the first)

tried going back to the original website to see if I could do something there, login doesn’t work.. tried to use forgot password option.. said email sent with new password but never showed up.. tried that twice.
