Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I received a package yesterday with a cashier’s check along with instructions to deposit the check and then purchase several I tune gift cards from different stores, the cashier’s check is for $1870.00 and I am to keep only $370, using the rest to purchase the cards. I am not doing this, but felt I needed to report this.
