Drives up in a pick up truck with a freezer in the flatbed. Claims that he sells in the area and comes around every 6 months. Will say something like, "I was just delivering to your neighbor Wilson’s down the street". He will hand you a color, detail brochure with a website, $20 coupon and phone number (website and phone number do not work). Comes in with vacuumed sealed seafood and meat claiming that it is all grass fed, no antibiotics etc. Says he is giving you a great deal. Says he will replace if anything is freezer burned etc. Sounds professional and convincing. Says his name is Cody. Company name is "Gourmet Cuts" out of Illinois and Arizona. Same toll free number: 866-958-8864. Meat tastes funny. It is like cheap meat cut to look like expensive meat. Smells funny too. If you see this person approach your door ask him to leave. Or tell him your going to look up the company on the internet, he will probably run. Ask him for his drivers license and tell him you need his license plate number first. He will leave.
