I was contacted by a john ramirez through goodwin legal services back in febraury 2016. He set up a docusign for me to pay 400 down and 150 every fourth wednesday for an old bank account over draft fees. he stated i will be charged with fraud if i did not comply. i have been paying them through chase bank for a couple of months. i have the settlement offer and can not find any information ragerding this company.
