We called him out to fix refrigerator. He said he had to order the part. He asked that we prepay by PayPal friends and family. He had a sad story. We did. After no return we started pushing and he said he just got out of the hospital. I waited the requested time twice. He won’t answer call or return call. I looked online and saw others have been done this way.
