They put viruses on my computer, locked it up so I couldn’t use it, and posted a message on computer to call them to fix it. I mistakenly agreed to have them do work. They charged me $499 for a service that doesn’t exit, charged $499 for service that’s $100 elsewhere, they pretended to fix computer but messed it up. I had to get computer fixed elsewhere, cancel my debit card, and many other things to correct the damage they did. I was without my computer at a crucial time in my job hunt. The company also does business as ET Solutions LLC with same phone number but different Maryland address. The company is bogus scammer that overcharge for services. Maybe they intend to steal my identity too.
