Type of a scam Utility
Called claiming electricity was going to be disconnected due to failure to pay a security deposit ($304) on new digital meter and that I had been contacted by mail. Asked for my address but that was the only information provided. Said I would get the deposit back on 60 days. When I refused to pay and asked to speak with a supervisor was told he was the supervisor. I still refused to pay. Then became angry and aggressive and said people were coming to my house within 15 minutes to disconnect service. At this point I said I would call Dominion directly and hung up.
