He texted everyday with the house for me to lease. He said water was included in the rent. He filled out the application and then he called to tell me it was approved and good. He told me to pay deposit but I told him I don’t have the fun it would have to wait. He said okay well pay some. I I said ok I can pay partially and he said ok whatsapp so I sent him 500$ first and then $300 yesterday.
