I saw a sponsored ad for a keto supplement free trial, you get 2 supplement bottles (Keto Burn Xtreme and Detox Burn Xtreme) for $5 a piece. I thought cool celebrities are using this to lose weight it must work so I tried it. Fast forward to 2 weeks later I noticed 2 $89 charges, at first I thought they stole my credit card number so I disputed with my bank. My bank put a temporary reversal on my account until they researched and come to find out the merchant "Keto Burn" charged me for a subscription and told the bank it was a valid charge by providing a tracking number which was for the trial pills. My bank took the reversal away and stated they can’t reverse based on the info provided from the merchant. No where on the order or confirmation of the order did it state there was a subscription. Now I’m in the hole $179 and they won’t refund because my account with them is frozen due to my dispute with my bank. Such a nightmare, you can’t call any of the phone numbers they provided they put you on hold for 10 plus minutes and never answer.
