I ordered a hoodie online in late November for a Christmas gift from Chief Clothing Store. Their "Shipping Policy" stated it would take 7-21 business days for shipping but I still haven’t received the hoodie. The only contact information that they provided in a confirmation e-mail to me is an e-mail address ([email protected]). A few e-mail attempts to determine the status of my order and ultimately a refund were never acknowledged. Their "Terms of Service" states they are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 1917 Rodney Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027. The payment was listed on my debit card as PAYPAL *SAVAGETECHS 402-935-7733 CA in the amount of $44.99.

We ordered a hoodie online for our son for Christmas from Chief Clothing Store. The website said we would receive it within 21 days. The payment was listed on our credit card as Paypal*Savagsetechs. I got one email from them when I ordered for confirmation. They did not give me a tracking number. We never received the item. I emailed them and never received any response. We started looking for a phone number or physical address for Chief Clothing and they don’t have either. The only way to get our money back is to cancel our credit card. This is VERY upsetting!
