While at an event at the Charmed City Play Space in August 2016 ZKilts had a booth set up. Their agent was there fitting people for kilts. There was not a kilt of my partners liking so the agent took measurements and I made a payment of $210 with the understanding that the kilt would be produced and sent to my home. As of 11/20/2016 I have not received the kilt. My attempts to contact Zkilts go unanswered.
