In searching for the legitimacy of a company that a Timeshare Closing Service placed new ownership into I found this list of "businesses" all registered to the same address and suite #. I attached the link below;

I am quite concerned that these are all scam companies registered to this address to "off unwanted timeshares" and that the scammers are taking owners’ money and then using one of these listed companies at this address to place ownership on an unpaying, not real, new owner.
I was unsure where to start or how to explain. I am a Resort Timeshare Coordinator, and I have had a lot of owners trying to get out/sell their timeshares, but getting scammed in the process. This search for the address came as a result of a 2nd ownership coming through registered to the *** *** *** *** at 123 West 1st St, Suite 675. Casper, WY 82601.
