I ordered 2 of these “puppies” as well…which were supposed to be mechanical. They were worth about $1 each. Also, some “talking pumpkins”. These people need to go to jail.. The merchandise is a joke and this is a 100% scam!

I also ordered a cute little puppy that is a piece of garbage. It is a dollar store stuffed animal that does nothing. Came with no directions. It literally doesn’t even have a place to put a battery so it can do something. $39 to some scam artist is unacceptable. This is a disgrace. Shame on you whoever you are. You know what they say about Karma. And the advertisement has been lifted from Facebook where as last month, you couldn’t scroll without seeing another adorable puppy being advertised

I also ordered a lifelike dog that walked and moved around. What I received for my $30.00 was a tiny stuffed animal (dog) that doesn’t even look realistic. Somebody has to stop this guy, seriously! it could not have cost more than .20 cents. I can get a better stuffed animal fro those .05 cent grab machines at Walmart’s.

I also would like to file a complaint against this company. I had ordered a realistic looking German shepherd which was supposed to be animated. After waiting almost two months I received fur figurine with no animation at all.. Is not at all what I expected to get . Nothing lifelike about it at all, Very Disappointed. I am out $ 20 for what I was suppose to get plus $10 for the shipping. A total of $ 30..This is Fraud .Never Again.. I hope to get some results from this complaint…Sincerely ; Judy Mellies. e-mail [email protected]

How do I get a refund from this company. This company shows a puppy dog licking, running, jumping get and moving around. And so when you order you are accepting to get this cute little lively puppy dog. But when you finally after a long wait you finally receive your package all it is a stuffed teddy bear with zero animation. This is a totally misleading ad and a total fraud. I am returning this item and will fight for a refund.

I’m so sorry that I did not see your experience with this company, before I got scammed for ordering this licking puppy also. It’s nothing more than a dollar store stuffed toy. In my heart, I knew this was a ripoff, but hoped my feelings were wrong and that they were honest people. I will plaster this all over facebook, e-mail and anywhere else I can. This has taught me a good lesson. I will NEVER buy anything else that is MADE IN CHINA. I also will start a personal campaign to all stores where I shop – not to carry anything that is made in China.

On 8/1/2020 I ordered online via a Facebook ad two gray hair pieces and two sets of silver #60# bangs. The order finally arrived on 8/30/2020 from Carson, CA. The two hair pieces easily tangled and fibers came out in my hands when I handled them. The two bangs were the wrong color (blonde #613).

I took me many emails and attempts to contact the company via Facebook (which they did provide me with a return form to mail to CHINA; they deleted my message after requesting a return shipping label), via their website, and via email: [email protected] I am being ignored.

The postal service would not ship overseas due to COVID protocol, so I offered to return order for a refund to their Carson, CA distribution address: Zhao Meng at 1550 Glen Curtiss St, Carson, CA 90746-4012. No reply.

Refund requested: $53.54

The return form address information is send to: Room 102, 1st Floor, Building 77, Block 3, Diankeng, No. 286, Mingkang Road, Minzhi Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Today, I created an online account, which shows my account activity, and requested yet again help processing a refund and request for a shipping label. See email activity trying to communicate my repeated request to OwnChic.
