I placed an order at the beginning of December for a Harry Potter mug. I was sent confirmation and shipping when it didn’t arrived i check tracking it said in transit from China. I emailed the service email a week ago received no response. When i went to track my order today to see if there were any updates it said site shut down. I went back to the Facebook page 6 other complaints within the last 48 hours of same situation.
