I phoned them to get tech support for my HP printer and they said my computer was hacked by Nigeria after I allowed them to remotely access my system to fix the printer. they never once addressed the printer issue and told me I needed to pay $499.00 for a lifetime of internet security. I told them NO and they proceeded to insult me am I senile. I was finally able to get them off my computer system and took my computer to Best Buy and spent a lot of money to do a diagnostic check and alerted all my credit card companies for new cards and notified my bank. Really a nightmare I pray gets no worse. Please do your best to stop their thieving ways. Thank you.
