You can go to Zara.com, enter in any valid credit card # (can be randomly computer generated), enter in any fake billing address, and whoever’s fake credit card you entered would get charged. They can generate interest off this and it is a SCAM. They should NOT be allowed to charge any credit card until the order is actually shipped with a VALID tracking number.
