Email subject: Notice to End a Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (ext.123-262175). Email stated to leave the property and return control of the property to the landlord. No address was given. Email wanted you to download a form (which I did not). Email phone number belongs to Indiana University South Bend. Very threatening email.
