Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a product from a website called Yoyomelody.com on February 3, 2016 with my credit card. The website says the product delivery date was from 7-10 days and I should be receiving an email when my product shipped. I received a confirmation from Yoyo melody that my product was ordered with a confirmation number that same day. On February 18, 2016, after still not receiving notice that my product had shipped, I sent an email to the company asking where my order was. They have still not responded and I have still not received my product. I contacted my bank on February 23, 2016 who confirmed that my credit card was charged for the amount sent to Yoyomelody.com. So I have been charged while not receiving my product. I read reviews on line recently from other customers who were also scammed in this same way.
