I purchased 2 trial products under the name of Prime Derma and Prime Rejuva from the company for $5.95 each. They sent me an invoice for the initial charges. Two weeks later, my card was charged $87.95 and $85.95 for the products. They were un-authorized charges. No where did it state that my card would be charged additionally after the first initial $5.95. When I called, the rep said the product was un-returnable and the charges was non-refundable. He refused to give me confirmation, a receipt, or an invoice stating that my card had been charged the latter amounts of $87.95 and $85.95. The first charges of $5.95 were invoiced to me but again refusal to provide proof that the company withdrew the other monies. The website www.primederma.org has a different product listed each time I visit it with the same scam.
