I never received this product and ask for a refund. I have receipts and have called, left emails in which they began using covid as an excuse not to ship until April 2020. Now, after several emails, phone calls, they are asking for a receipt of my already paid purchase which i have sent but still no refund. I have lost 294.oo US dollars
