They call from different numbers, but primarily from numbers with same area code. If you answer and hang up, they will call back again later from the same number. They say they are calling from "Your Medical Provider" and begin to ask phishing questions related to your health such as are you still having the same issue.
I know for a fact that they are not my medical provider because I have lived out of state. I have asked them to give me specifics as to which company they are calling from and their only response is "Your Medical Provider". I tell them that I am on the Do Not Call List and to remove me from their calling list, and they completely disregard it and continue to say we are calling from you medical provider and attempt to ask vague general questions about my health.
They also call my children’s (who are under 18) cell phone numbers who are also on the do not call list and reside with me out of state.
