I listened to this as a message on my phone. I did not talk to the individual calling directly.
The caller said he was calling from my local newspaper and could not process my order for my recent subscription because my credit card information was out of date or maybe my account number had changed. Please contact our customer service department to update my information. BUT it did not tell how to contact them.
