I needed new countertops. Joseph, the owner of Young Stone Kitchens, came by my house and gave me an estimate. A contract was signed and I gave him initial Deposit. Contract was written around December 20, 2015 and he has not completed work. I no longer have his cell phone information. I contacted him via e-mail several times and have received no response. The amount of the deposit was around $1900.00.
I bumped into him a week ago and he promised to complete work, but the same thing. He gave me no new number, he said he was working on getting the material and he would complete work in two weeks. It’s been one week and I have not heard from him.
