Varna, Vinitsa 9022, PO Box 4
This fax says Outsourced Billing Department 2/5/2015; Pending invoice for twelve months
COLLECTION WARNING
LAST CHANCE TO PROTECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE IN GOOD STANDING!!!
Requesting payment of $496.95 be sent to the address in Bulgaria.
It also says the product name is for Facebook and Twitter Features.
I read on BBB that this has been reported several times back in Illinois and Minnesota back in February 2015.

Type of a scam Debt Collections
It was a faxed invoice stating we owe $496.95 for a 1 year listing which includes Facebook and Twitter Features, for free, and this is my last chance to pay to keep my credit score "in good standing!!!". The remittance address is Yellow Pages Inc. Bulgaria, Varna, Vinitsa 9022 PO Box 4. (really weird address format).
