In 2013 we were working with our local yellow page company to update our business ad. How Yellow Holdings got that information I have no idea but when our local rep was going to fax over the contract for us to sign this magical form from Yellow Holdings with the EXACT same logo as our local company. I signed it and faxed it back. They instantly send us an invoice. Within the week I sent a letter via fax and mail requesting a cancellation and stating that we had no intention of doing business with them and their practices were fraudulent. They continue to attempt to collect the money as of today 3/22/17 I received a phone call from an "alleged" attorney telling us they are going to seize our businesses assets.

We received a fax from Yellow Pages requesting that we update our business information for their directory. We completed it…as our business is now under new ownership. We then started receiving faxes stating we owed them money for advertising with them and being listed in their NY state directory. We then received yet another fax from them stating our balance is past due and we would be sent to collections. All of their correspondence was through fax.
