I called asking for support During conversation I was asked for DOB and password. That was bad enough potentially, but I became alarmed when I was transferred to another person who told me I had child porn virus on my computer. I was told my network had been Then I started thinking this was BS. Is it? I was told my network was hack and my account had been closed. (the account is still open)

I filed a complaint against CRICKET WIRELESS my case number is ***,cause they didn’t turn on my cell phone after I paid my bill so since I didn’t have a phone I couldn’t access my email with YAHOO.I searched for a customer help number in the community forums and a number came out the number is 1-888-224-8533 so I called it but they wanted to take control of my computer so I went along with it the person gave me a code number to put into my computer but I felt something wasn’t right I had gone half way through with it but I cancelled at the last minute he tried to get me to complete the steps but no it didn’t feel right so I said no thank you and ended the communication and steps.The person had an accent from India well since then my computer has been doing funny things such as before I couldn’t post posts on you tube or choose a video on you tube I had to go back to google an start over but now I can.So I don’t know if my computer has been hacked or slaved.I googled the number and yes it has been reported as a scam.But this is wrong that Im indanger my computer has been hacked if CRICKET WIRELESS had turned on my service when I paid my bill this wouldn’t of happened I contacted Law Enforcement and gave them my information I will contact my computer man this morning an tell him as I was told to.Please watch out for this number I do believe its a scam as it was reported.Its not a valid YAHOO number.But I do blame CRICKET WIRELESS as I said if they would of turned on my service when I paid my bill this wouldn’t of happened cause I wouldn’t of looked for help an dialed that number,And YAHOO should be on top of this and prevent scammers from using their name,its wrong very wrong.Please help,once again my case number is ***,please help me and advise me what to do and warn people about this scam number.
