I ordered an air conditioner from this company back in April 2020. I never received the air conditioner. The company allegedly resent the product twice. After the third time of not receiving the air conditioner I asked for a refund, and not a complete refund. I still have not received the refund. The company uses an american address, and only after I placed my order did I realize it was a company based in China.
