Received audio and visual message saying my computer has been attacked by viruses. Must call Microsoft at 816-410-0020 and report. I called the number and it was a foreigner telling me about all the attacks that are on my computer and he’s going to secure my computer. Told me to go to computer, hold down windows key and press the letter R. Then he told me to type in "eventvwr". I typed it in and my gut instinct was that this was a scam so I hung up. So far, they have called me 3 times on the phone and I haven’t answered. My caller ID says call is coming from XENTEL and their number is 816-410-0020.
