Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Company called to tell me I was approved for a 10,000.00 loan as long as I put 10% up front first and then money will be deposited into my account. I asked for loan documents and did not receive any. They wanted 1000.00 up front first before I was transferred over to the loans dept to have my money transferred to my account

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Called me advising that he works closely with Easy Financial which referred me to him.

Somehow I got approved for $10K when I’m having issues getting approved for even $3K. He advised that due to poor credit they work closely with an insurance company that will co-sign the loan for an upfront fee to be sent via Interac E-Transfer.

No bank in the world asks for an upfront fee of any type.

Asked to email loan documents, which he did and after reading first page I knew it was a scam.
