Knock off UGG boot store. Site talks about offering returns and exchanges, directions like its easy. Just email. I emailed when I needed to return for a bigger size, never heard back from them. They will not return my emails. There is no phone number listed on the site. I should have known. Also the boots have a very strong smell to them. Toxic like smell. I have sent over 20 messages. Heard nothing.
