The person supposedly calling from Wyndham Resorts gave a phone number of 866-313-3387, and identified himself as Rick Lybee, calling from Wyndham corporate office in Orlando, said that it was very important that we call back as soon as possible about our account. The number on the phone display read 407-204-8251, and read Wynham VO, not Wyndham. The phone call came in East Coast time of 7:34 pm on 29 December 2016.
It is unknown how they acquired the name, phone number, and any association with this company.
