This company advertises quality brand name products, in my case I ordered Tommy Bahama shorts. I immediately get confirmation of order with note that they are on holiday but will ship soon. Two months later delivery made but item is less than $1 store quality and could not be more different in style. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Email – reply shipping dept made a mistake, reply: not my problem please refund. Email – not shipping department, it is delivery company mixed up shipments, reply: then you deal with shipping company, make claim with them and please refund. However this doesn’t make sense that it is shipping co as the box was addressed to me. Email: please keep item we send and sell it there it will cost you too much to return. Then place a new order with us and I promise this time to send item you order with 30% discount. Please trust me 100%. And this kind of email exchange went on daily for two weeks.
