Received $50 Visa gift card as a prize at an office party. Not sure where it was purchased. Sticker on front of card says "ACTIVE FOR IN STORE PURCHASES ONLY". "REGISTER YOUR CARD NOW AT www.prepaidgiftbalance.com TO MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS". Card doesn’t work In-Store and poorly made website has links that take you round and round with no way to activate or register the card. Anyone who goes to the website will quickly find that it is obviously a scam. I didn’t buy this card but someone did and it is obviously useless. I wonder how many people have donated money to this scam. Back of card says "This card is issued by U.S. Bank National Association
