Bought ride on jeep for granddaughter… Put bank card number to purchase. Now I can’t get the business contact information. They sent a me an email it went to spam folder I emailed back asking for contact info. They emailed back telling me to get from web sight. When I click link for contact info it say requested pngage cannot be found
