The sponsored link was hosted by Lenst on Facebook, advertising about Air Conditioners. They then re-direct you to a hosted website of www.madetops.com which looks like a legit product page.

#Red Flag- Spelling errors

#Red Flag- If it looks too good to be true, it’s usually a scam.

I took into account these warnings, but the product looked promising.

I did some more investigating and found that this is called a Re-Seller scam.

The seller sells products with the intent on sending the item, but just uses this method to gain personal and credit card information.

The e-mail associated with their ‘Customer Service’ is [email protected], and when messaged, they never respond by e-mail.

When looking up this e-mail on Google, there are over 50 other sites with this same Customer Service e-mail with other sites linked, that offer the same, if not more products.
