I received a voice mail from an unknown number that said this is Samantha, a server for my county and she said what county. Gave a time frame when she would serving papers to my husband at work or home and if weren’t home during those hours it will be listed as a refusal. Call this number ?(888) 203-0844? to talk to someone about it. So i called the county courthouse and they had nothing outstanding for us. She said it was a scam. I called the number to inquire and they wouldn’t give me a business name just said that they linked my phone number to my husbands name and he needs to call about a mediation and collection they were suing for. SCAM!
