On Jan 6 I ordered a hoodie if my friends dog! I sent the picture 3 times. If finally shipped but has yet to show up! I keep emailing them but this hoodie must be on the slowest boat! I made a purchase for the Holiday and it was an online order the tracking number they provided is bad when trying to tack the item it stats tracking does not exist. When trying to contact the company they only have an email available no phone. They have not responded to a single email. When checking for complaints from other people I found that a lot of people are running into the same issue I am and say it is a scam,
