They were suppose to ship a French Bulldog puppy from a breeder in CA to me. Then when puppy was suppose to be getting closer they said I needed insurance for the puppy. The next time it was a crate since it was flying in colder weather the original crate wasn’t good enough. The next time it was a permit and quarantine to enter the city.
