Shoes were posted on a news feed on Facebook. I highly encourage anyone to purchase any goods on Facebook! The ad looked ligitamate and I have purchased from other ads without any problems. The shoes were purchased and the amount of around $37 was charged against my credit card. I received an email that my order had been received and was being processed. Shipment was promised within 30 days. Two weeks went by and no emails regarding shipment or tracking information, so I began emailing. I stated that it was taking longer than usual and I received an email that the warehouse is processing my order and "please don’t worry." I emailed again and requested a refund and was promised it would be shipped soon. After another week, I emailed again and they said they were sorry about the refund since it was in transit.
