Ordered a purse on March 18th for 19.95 and noticed on March 19th that my bank acct was charged 99.95. Emailed the company and they said that a refund for the difference was issued . That was March 20th ,I have tried a number of times to contact the company and have not received a reply. I never received the purse I ordered
