Type of a scam Employment
This fraud claimed to be an insurance company offering employment. They send you packages, you inspect them, take pictures, report item condition and they would send you shipping labels you would ship off to. Said they would pay $1875 for the first four week training period. Then the salary would be $3200 a month as a 1099 worker. They have a web site www.wobi-ins.net, looks legitimate and when the packages start arriving you think this must be on the up and up, on the level. However after three weeks, the contact stopped emailing and when I tried to call them they do not answer. Needless to say, I did not get paid, and truthfully I am guessing that I was used to somehow launder the merchandise they had been shipping me. They used other names to ship the merchandise but my address.
