TOTAL scammers! Similar to all that I’m reading, this is a crap company. Tracking number of my order lead to no-where. Communication (via email only) with the company was full of excuses and bogus apologies. Response was to blame COVID for the delay. Ordered 3 necklaces for Mother’s Day gift. Lost $60. Filing a fraud claim with my bank. I got duped by the Instagram Ad.

I order a necklace in March received a tracking number. It could not be confirm that a product have shipped. Like the previous shopper email the only way to contact. They are scammers.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered from this fake company. Never received what I ordered or a refund. I did reach out through email ( which is the only way to contact them) and ask where my order is. Someone replied that it was still coming. Orders are delayed because of the virus. I asked for a refund but instead was offered a discount code for a percentage off for another order. I have reached out to them several times since the first contact but they are not responding.
