Type of a scam Tech Support
Called and sounded official, stating they were a Microsoft certified tech support. Stated I had viruses on my PC and convinced me they needed to run a scan of my computer. Then verified viruses and demanded I pay $499 to fix my computer. The next day they called over 20 times requesting payment of $499.
