They stuff paper into the shoot the prizes are supposed to fall through. My son won a prize and it got stuck. We thought it was just a weird thing and called the number to ask them to get it for us. They refused. Next time we saw the machine the prize had been removed and new papers stuffed in the shoot (as seen in the picture.).
