Purchased wig via website 167.00. Received 6 weeks later wrong color not what advertised or what I ordered. Cheap not human hair. Took30 days get address to return wig. Told refund 7 days after return. Sent back certified 6/19/20. Fifty emails later and continuing no refund. Continued excuses. System down can’t refund on debit card, need PayPal acct to send refund. That was provided along with a request for refund to them, 15 days to refund, next can’t find PayPal acct, then need my email address although we had been emailing for 3 months on same email. They keep offering $5 increments for reimbursement starting with 40 bucks which went on to final 140 refund. Again, they are rushingpaymet, be patient so they can speak with a manager. Constant lies, deception, fraud, bland taking advantage advantage of customers. I would never in life recommend this company. They should be shut down for this deception and stall tactics all in order to keep money not due to them. This has been a horrible experience and I’m still not done. I will not give up getting my refund for a product that was supposedly inspected for 30 days before they sent it out. Obviously, there was no inspection as what was sent is not what I ordered. You can’t get anyone on the phone or anyone to contact you via phone. There is only Alysa responding with excuses and asking for more time. As of today the latest email indicates I may get my refund next month. So now, two months of having their wig back and they are unable to process a refund within 7 days…which is what the website says. I truly hate I ever came across this website. Sell I want is my full refund as they have the wig i sent back via certified mail delivered 6/18. Someone needs to do something about this company!!! Before you send wig back they have the nerve to adk goa pictuterof the wig in natural light to make sure it is the color you requested. I sent a picture of what ordered and the mess I got back. I never received a call from these people, no date of when I will get my refund. This is ridiculous!

I ordered a wig and before it was shipped, I canceled it. The company said I could only receive a 70% refund. I said okay. That was May 16, 2020. It is now June 22, 2020. They keep stalling by asking more secure email besides PayPal. By reading the reviews on this company, I see that i am not alone. I wish i would have checked with ScamPulse.com before I ordered.

I purchased a wig on this online site about 2 months ago and still have not received my item. I email them and get messages back about why it is delayed. Today, they said it has shipped, but when I tried to track via DHL shipping, I got a warning that that site may be fraudulent. Help!

Since I paid with PayPal, I will try to get my money back.

I placed an on-line order for 2 wigs from this company totaling $114. I have hair loss due to alopecia, I am retired, and on a fixed income. So, I don’t have money to give or throw away! After placing the order I was to receive an emailed receipt, which i never received. I decided to track the order on their website. Initially I was able to put the order # in and see that the order was processing. I emailed them requesting a receipt but never got a reply. The customer service chat button does not work. When I tried to track the order again, there was no record of my order. It has been 20 days with no receipt and nothing received. I later searched for reviews. The reviews were HORRIBLE! I then notified my credit card company. So many people have been scammed by Wigsbuy.com. I do not understand why this site has not been shut down. Please help! People cannot afford to lose hard earned money, no matter the amount. Thank you.

I made a Purchase on the website www.wigsbuy.com. 2 wigs were purchased as a gift. The website lists live chat but every day for a week at different times no one was available. There is no visible phone number. I googled a phone number for the business and received the Businessname but a Nigerian sounding voice/ the call was made to china. I left 3 voice messages with questions about the wig and was forwarded to email. The individual/business has a language barrier as evidenced by their refusal to speak English on the phone and poorly spent emails sent to me with their official logo. I bought the wig and paid for fast shipping guaranteed within 3 days and received the wig 2 and a half weeks later. They refused to refund the shipping cost. When I received the wigs, both wigs were not labelled, the box was labelled generic shipping from china, the wigs were not the wigs described at a cost of $138.50 and $200 but a generic terrible quality wig. It was as if the images of the wig were stollen from another website and generic poor quality wig sent in place. I emailed them and they responded saying they would not refund the wigs because even though they were not as pictured or labeled. They were not intimidated that I informed them I would report them to the BBB. I googled online and found that there is a running warning about the wig being a scam site but I did. not see this prior. I am looking for help from the BBB to catch these thieves!!! The customer service "SCAMMER". who emails you is. called SALLY. They were not afraid at all. I believe because nothing has deterred them.

I ordered a product from wigsbuy.com and what I received in the mail was not what I ordered so I asked for my money back after I advised them of the problem. They told me to send them the merchandize back and they would give me a full refund. I did what they asked two weeks ago and have not gotten my money back yet. They won’t return any of my emails and they keep giving me the runaround when I call. I tracked the package and they received it 8 days ago.

I attempted purchased a wig online through a website called wigsbuy.com. I had no idea that this was a scam until I saw other reviews about this website. I of course should have known better because I was taught in college to make sure that the websites are of a creditable sources; to my benightedness, I was taken advantage of. I am usually a little smarter than this but what can I say. I wanted to report this and I would love to see this site shut completely down. So many women have been violated by this website! How many more women will have to go through this? The company provides absolutely no creditable information; that should have been my first clue. The phone number that is provided doesn’t work! I surmise I am blessed to have only spent $56.00 and it was on my credit card so I can dispute it. Some women have spent hundreds of dollars on a debit card in which they are not able to dispute. I think that we should be able to splurge here and there without the hassle of losing money and being transgressed. Please help the thousand of women that have been raped by this so called company. Thank you for your time; I appreciate all that you do to put a stop to issues like these. 🙂
