I also order baby thermometer, received late not in the time I was promised even Expedite charge. Emails always bounced back, left several message, with no return calls. Returned the thermometer and never received credit. How can a company get away with keep your money. Their stealing.

I ordered 2 UV sterilizer wands. I recieved 2 black lights which are not UVC which sterilize. They are UVA which does nothing but show lint. I emailed which bounced back. I called with no answer. Facebook messenger said that my order was delayed?…guess you don’t read messages. Calling my bank to credit my account as this is false advertising and fraud.

Type of a scam COVID-19
It is an online-purchase scam using COVID-19 desirable products as their bait. I came to the site while searching for a thermometer and authorized a transaction just for that item. Before the order was finalized they flashed other item specials such as a mask and uv light. I intentionally clicked pass on all items, however before I knew it a sterilization uv lamp was added to my order. I called the number they provided and left a message. Then I sent them an email which only bounced back. I attempted a handful of times unsuccessfully. Then I was answered by someone on their facebook chatting platform, it wasn’t a good experience. They said there were no refunds, however I never had a second chance to unauthorized a purchase I never wanted. I believe they are using people during this time to collect credit card information. The address doesn’t seem to be real and a google search shows another website using the same address called gigglesbabyshop.com, which isn’t active. Please investigate.
