Wig SiS

Haley – Sep 08, 2020

My mother purchased a “real hair” wig from this company and the review above is word for word what is happening with her. The wig came and it looked like Donald Trump’s head was in the box. I currently reported this to the Federal Trade Commission, American Express, and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from these people. Our bot is named Roxanne, so put on the red light!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website offers "high quality, real human hair wigs", but what I received was not high quality, and does not appear to be human hair. I contacted the company right away when I opened the box and saw what was in it. The wig in no way resembled what I ordered from the website, and what was sent was unusable because of the condition. The hair was matted and full of lint, and the wig cap had no way of affixing the wig to my head. I emailed the company right away, there’s no phone number to call, and after several emails with someone name Mildred, I realized this company is a scam. They offer and picture high quality wigs on their site, but what you receive is some cheap unusable product from China. "Mildred" actually said in one of the email response : The return time will be very long. And the wig factory which cooperated with our company is located overseas, so the shipping fee is not cheap, maybe $30-$50. So, I was offered an exchange instead if I paid the shipping fees. I had already made it clear in previous emails to the company that a refund of my $153 was the only solution I was interested in. I currently have a claim pending with PayPal, so hoping to get my money back through their resolution process.

This company is a total scam, bilking people out of their money…it needs to be shut down.
