Type of a scam Debt Collections
Told me that I owe $350 to Ace Cash Express from five years ago. Repeatedly calls and threatens legal action, court dates and people coming to my home. I spoke with Ace and they do not pursue legal action. I stated that this debt was paid in 2016 and I have sent the information to Ace. I let the gentlemen know that I spoke with Ace when he called back and he threatened me, I hung up and he called back. He said I was lying, called me a liar and that he hopes that people come after me because I deserve it. They set up a payment plan of $50 over a three month period. Name used was Robert Guiliano and the man that threatened me on the phone and voicemail.
