My employer has received a couple of faxes from this Simon Martinez Gisbert person stating he can split the contents of a safe deposit box with him because he has the same last name as his "client" (Thomas Oddo) who died in an earthquake in China in May of 2008. Simon suggests my employer act as the heir even though he knows he may not be in anyway related to the deceased and then they can split the contents of the safe box.
Simon states "this transaction is 100% risk free". Then says "Lastly, owing to the sensitivity of this situation, I urge you to keep this proposal in utmost confidentiality pending our discussion".
